Litigation Secretary - Construction Defect (Plaintiff HOA) ($75-90K)

East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, of 4 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Secretary. This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs – HOA.

The ideal candidate will have Construction Defect experience, HOA experience, and/or Construction law experience.

This is an “in office” position; no hybrid.

Requirements

• 5-10 years plus of Litigation Legal Secretary Experience
• Computer savvy in Microsoft Word programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding client services skills
• Excellent formatting, proofreading and editing skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
