Law Tyme in Alameda, CA, is seeking a Litigation Attorney focused on construction defect matters for HOAs. The attorney will represent plaintiffs, manage complex disputes, and coordinate with experts, opposing counsel, and clients to advance HOA claims.

The role requires California bar admission, construction defect or HOA experience, strong research and writing skills, and willingness to conduct site inspections and defect testing in the office and on sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction defect law, HOA matters, or construction-related law.
• Strong research, writing, discovery and arbitration skills.
• Willing to work in the office and conduct site inspections, defect testing and case monitoring.

Responsibilities

Long standing, East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, California, of 4 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Attorney. This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs – HOA.

Compensation: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
