Law Tyme, Inc. in Alameda, CA seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in Construction Defect to represent Plaintiffs – HOA. Licensed to practice in California with construction defect or related experience.

In this role you will handle research, writing, discovery, and arbitrations, and you will work in the office as well as conduct site inspections and defect testing. We offer a competitive salary of $160k–$180k per year DOE, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Construction defect experience and/or HOA experience in construction law.
• Strong in research, writing, discovery and arbitrations.
• Willing to work in the office and conduct site inspections, defect testing and case monitoring.

• Manage discovery, research, and writing for complex construction defect cases.
• Support litigation activities including arbitration proceedings and case monitoring.

Attorney - Construction Defect (Plaintiff HOA) ($160-180K)

Long standing, East Bay Law Firm, located in Alameda, California, of 4 Attorneys, is seeking a Litigation Attorney. This position is in Construction Defect working on complex cases. We represent the Plaintiffs - HOA.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Law in California
• Have Construction Defect experience, HOA experience, and/or Construction law experience
• Strong in Research, Writing, Discovery and Arbitrations
• Willing to work in the office as well as conduct site inspections, defecting testing and monitoring the cases
