Troutman Pepper Locke LLP in Cincinnati is seeking a Litigation Practice Coordinator to support strategic and operational initiatives across the firm's litigation groups, including budgets, staffing, e-billing, and litigation tools.
You will partner with various departments, oversee trial team billing and travel logistics, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to process improvements and trial technology setup to ensure smooth, efficient litigation operations across offices.

The Litigation Practice Coordinator will play an active role in supporting strategic and tactical initiatives to help advance business goals and the day-to-day litigation operations of the litigation practice groups, including facilitating and overseeing litigation budgets, staffing, utilization, e-billing requirements, and supporting overall litigation strategy for designated litigation teams. The Litigation Practice Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the firm's litigation team, including trial concierge services, hotel organization, contract review, war-room setup, vendor contacts, litigation research, business development, and evaluating litigation tools, as well as basic administrative responsibilities.
