Oculus Group's Premier Legal division is partnering with an established, growing full-service law firm to launch and lead a new Los Angeles office. This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial Litigation Partner, solo practitioner, or small group to establish a thriving presence in a top market.

You will grow the practice by serving existing clients, developing new relationships, and collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial litigation experience.
• Established client base with portable book of business.
• Active California Bar admission.
• Ability to lead and build a new office.
• Demonstrated business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of a new Los Angeles office.
• Serve existing clients and cross-sell across practice groups.
• Collaborate with firm-wide practice groups.
• Recruit attorneys and contribute to strategic planning.
• Develop new client relationships.
