Duties:

Devise and implement litigation strategies for insurance-related disputes

Draft comprehensive coverage analyses, position letters, and legal memoranda

Conduct detailed policy reviews and provide strategic recommendations to insurance clients

Lead and support the mediation and resolution of claims worldwide

Draft pleadings, legal briefs, discovery responses, and other litigation materials

Participate in all phases of litigation, including depositions, conferences, and document review

Collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective communication with clients

Engage in direct client contact and relationship management

Requirements:

Active license to practice law in New York or New Jersey

3 to 6 years of relevant experience at a law firm or insurance company

Demonstrated success in handling complex commercial or insurance-related matters

Proven ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently and independently

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Strong academic performance preferred

Certifications:

Bar admission in New York or New Jersey (in good standing)
