Responsibilities

• Leading a general liability defense docket: premises liability, negligent security, products and commercial liability claims.
• Trying cases and setting trial strategy across the team's files.
• Managing carrier relationships and keeping clients informed and confident.
• Supervising and developing associates, including giving them their own depositions and hearings.
• Contributing to the growth of the Miami practice.
