Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented litigation paralegal to support complex matters from inception through trial. You will manage case documents, court filings, discovery, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires organizing files, calendars, and discovery, coordinating with attorneys and vendors, and conducting legal research using online platforms and court databases. Travel and overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• Big Law preferred and experience supporting document-intensive matters.
• Trial preparation and courtroom support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research platforms, and document management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate.
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and litigation workflows.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, databases, and document repositories.
• Coordinate discovery, document collection, productions, and privilege logs.
• Prepare pleadings, exhibits, filing materials, and court submissions.
• Support attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal and factual research using online research platforms and court databases.
• Track and organize trial exhibits, evidence, and case materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to support matter management.
• Assist with process improvements and provide guidance to junior paralegals.
