Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical and investigative records via authorizations and subpoenas.
• Review medical records and prepare summaries.
• Calculate and track deadlines per rules and client guidelines.
• Assist with trial preparation including witness/exhibit lists.
• Draft responses to discovery, pleadings and motions.
• Maintain production logs and records of documents.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and conferences.
• Interact with clients professionally and in a team setting.
