Job summary

Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, a prominent Am Law 200 firm with offices in Washington, DC, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in Healthcare and Litigation practice groups with complex matters. A minimum of three years’ paralegal experience in litigation is required.

Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, managing discovery, organizing trial data, coordinating witness interviews, and maintaining expert witness databases. Travel to hearings or out-of-town trials may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Experience with healthcare litigation a plus.
• Proficiency with TrialDirector or similar trial presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, organize and maintain factual information and documents.
• Prepare pleadings, interrogatories, and responses to requests to produce documents.
• Manage discovery and trial data, and maintain trial notebook.
• File pleadings and motions with court as directed by supervising attorney.
• Summarize testimony and transcripts.
• Assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial and coordinating exhibits.
• Develop knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, rules and procedures.
• Maintain a database of expert witnesses.
