Job summary

The Reno, NV office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience to support a minimum of four attorneys. Primary duties include calendaring, document management, and assisting with discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

• At least 3 years of litigation work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize.
• Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating hours.
• This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours.
