Job summary

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a Philadelphia-based role supporting attorneys from pre-litigation through trial preparation. You will collaborate with clients, medical providers, and legal professionals to influence case strategy and management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with all phases of case management and litigation.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and track discovery deadlines and document production.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage cases throughout the pre-litigation and litigation process.
• Review, analyze, and maintain case files and documentation.
• Organize and summarize medical records and supporting evidence.
• Research and assist with resolving governmental liens and related matters.
• Correspond with opposing counsel as needed.
• Analyze wage loss and damages-related documentation.
• Perform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned.
