Job summary

Baker Donelson’s Baltimore office seeks a Litigation Paralegal with 2-4 years of litigation experience. A bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate are required.

Responsibilities include investigations, medical summaries, drafting and cite-checking pleadings, discovery, deposition and trial preparation, and post-trial support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Word and Excel; experience with state & federal e-filing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple attorneys and cases with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigations, medical summaries, drafting and cite-checking pleadings.
• Discovery, deposition and trial preparation; post-trial support.
• Maintain organized paper and electronic files; track billable time.
