Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Las Vegas seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to work closely with a lead attorney and a legal assistant. This role offers competitive pay and a generous bonus plan, with responsibility across pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

You will e-file documents, communicate with clients and courts, and support multiple case teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is not eligible; on-site presence is required to coordinate with staff and witnesses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• 2+ years as litigation paralegal or in legal services.
• Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Remote and/or hybrid not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and memoranda.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Draft summons and coordinate depositions.
• Organize exhibits, evidence, and appendices.
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests.
• Liaise between trial teams and third parties.
• Assist with witness preparation and case settlements.
