Job summary

You will prepare pleadings, e-file court documents, perform legal research, coordinate with clients and courts, and organize exhibits. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and an associate degree or paralegal

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal program completion preferred.
• 2+ years as a litigation paralegal or legal services under an attorney.
• Experience in Personal Injury or related areas required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints and memos.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, courts and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate depositions and trial binders.
