Qualifikationen

• Experience in personal injury preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Order and review police reports, medical records, and insurance policies.
• Conduct investigations using Westlaw, REJIS, and social media.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, affidavits, and medical chronologies.
• Manage attorney’s calendar and court deadlines.
• Prepare settlement distributions and allocations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
