Confidential Employer in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys across civil and commercial litigation. You will prepare and file documents with state and federal courts, assist with depositions and hearings, and help manage calendars and case materials.

The role emphasizes organization, deadlines, and professional communication with clients and court personnel. Paralegal certification is preferred but not required, with a comprehensive benefits package and on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures, deadlines, and electronic filing systems.
• Strong organizational, proofreading, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience with legal billing and timekeeping software is a plus.
• Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil and commercial litigation.
• Prepare, organize, and electronically file legal documents with state and federal courts.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Track litigation deadlines, manage calendars, and coordinate important case activities.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and confidential client documents.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other parties.
• Assist with billing, time entries, scheduling, and other essential administrative functions.
• Collaborate with our team to keep cases organized, on track, and moving toward successful outcomes.
