Job summary

Kubicki Draper in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years in insurance defense, including bodily injury or general liability preferred. You will summarize medical records, draft chronologies, and liaise with clients, carriers and counsel in a fast-paced team environment.

Proficiency in Word, Office, PowerPoint, Adobe and Excel is required; a hybrid schedule, mentorship, and clear career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred

Responsibilities

• Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries, and assist with investigation of pre-suit matters
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
• Must be task-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
