Job summary

Scion Staffing is searching for a Litigation Paralegal for a nationally recognized Am Law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is on-site initially, with possible hybrid flexibility after training, supporting attorneys through discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Preferred candidates have 1–5 years of complex litigation experience, strong organization, and e-discovery and MS Office skills. The position offers $80,000–$100,000, comprehensive benefits, and clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of complex litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and case management
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize litigation matters, including case files, databases, deadlines, and docket information
• Draft discovery requests/responses, pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other documents
• Support discovery/e-discovery processes and production tracking
• Conduct factual/legal research and prepare summaries of transcripts/records
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial materials
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and coordination with clients and witnesses
