Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking a litigation paralegal in Portland to support a labor and employment litigator and a dedicated team of attorneys. This role involves substantive case work and project management across the full lifecycle of matters for a single primary client.

You will coordinate discovery, conduct legal research, maintain case files, and draft a range of legal documents. A hybrid schedule with two to three in-office days per week is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with case management and e-discovery software.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage full case lifecycle from inception to settlement or trial.
• Coordinate discovery, legal research, case files, and drafting of documents.
• Coordinate with witnesses and experts; prepare case chronologies and timelines.
• Handle logistics for depositions and trials.
• Apply strong analytical and proofreading skills and e-discovery knowledge.
