Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of litigation files from case initiation and discovery through trial preparation, settlement, or final disposition.
• Coordinate witness logistics, including scheduling interviews and depositions, and prepare sessions for attorneys.
• Draft answers, motions, subpoenas and other case pleadings; prepare case-related correspondence with parties, courts and vendors.
• Conduct initial case research and develop case chronologies; analyze federal, state and local laws for compliance.
