Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation support and case management.
• Familiarity with North Carolina State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience in court efiling for state and federal jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and remain flexible and proactive.
• Experience drafting and organizing discovery (written & document production).
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals and staff.
• Support attorneys with pleadings, efiling, factual/legal research, document review and hearings preparation.
• Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.
• Assist with preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses.
• Provide general office support including file maintenance, calendars, and meetings.
