Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP is looking for a litigation paralegal to join their St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Word and Outlook. Knowledge of document management systems and timekeeping software is also preferred.

The role involves organizing case documents, assisting in legal research, and preparing pleadings while working closely with attorneys. A Bachelor's degree and ABA paralegal certification are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience.
• Significant knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures.
• Proven litigation skills.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.
• Prepare medical record chronologies.
• Analyze and review case documents for trial preparation.
• Contact clients and witnesses for case information.
• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings and discovery requests.
• Schedule and calendar for attorney depositions.
• Track requests for documents and verify receipt.
• Record billable and non-billable time.

Skills

Excellent computer and document organization skills

Knowledge of Word and Outlook

Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems

Proficiency in iTimekeep or other timekeeping software

Experience with e-discovery

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

ABA approved Paralegal certificate
