The ideal candidate will manage high-volume HOA/condo litigation from inception to resolution, with strong civil litigation experience and meticulous case management.

• Track litigation deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure compliance with court filing requirements.
• Communicate professionally with HOA and condominium board members, homeowners, management companies, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
• Organize case files, review legal documents, and assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
• Higher compensation may be available for highly experienced candidates.
• Full-time, direct hire opportunity.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, with work from home Wednesdays and Fridays after training.
