Responsibilities

• Assist with civil, criminal, and administrative agency matters.
• Document preparation and e-filing.
• Maintain organized files.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
• Assist with research and preparation of materials for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Review and edit billing invoices.
