Our firm is seeking an experienced civil litigation paralegal.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Litigation Paralegal, located in St. Charles County, MO.

The candidate should be able to execute a variety of paralegal and related duties, including working with attorneys and other firm members in the areas of civil litigation, real estate law, construction law, and business law. The candidate should have effective time management and organization skills, and be detailed oriented.

Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years law office experience and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and multitask as directed. Tasks include, but are not limited to, assisting in preparing and responding to discovery requests, assisting in the preparation of legal pleadings and motions, maintaining calendars and case files, legal research, correspondence, and online filing of petitions, pleadings, motions, as well as other occasional clerical duties.

Preferred Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe, Missouri Casenet, FastCase, Wordperfect, Pacer, Tapestry, and online court electronic filing and property record systems. Notary Public, a plus.
