Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, personal injury preferred.
• Familiarity with procedural rules and calendaring in civil practice.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all phases of litigation from filing to trial.
• Draft and file legal documents with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain organized case files and databases for easy access.
• Assist attorneys in hearings, depositions, mediations and trials.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to support case development.
• Conduct legal research and analyze to support case strategies.
• Monitor court deadlines and docket entries to avoid delays.
