Job summary

Tucker Arensberg, P.C. seeks a Paralegal for the Business Litigation practice in Harrisburg. You will support shareholders and paralegals in Family Law and General Law on a full spectrum of client matters.

Main responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, managing deadlines, and maintaining client communications while coordinating with the Court and counsel. A proactive, detail-oriented professional thrives here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of paralegal or related experience.
• Experience using PACER to search dockets and download pleadings.
• Familiarity with state filings and county/prothonotary websites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project mindset.
• Experience with Lackner and Pro Series is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to supporting counsel.
• Commitment to professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and oversee the execution of legal documents.
• File documents in state and federal systems (PACER/ECF).
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Direct client contact and relationship management.
• Interact with the Court, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Coordinate hearing scheduling and attorney calendars.
• Assist Chief Compliance Officer on data security and privacy.
