Tucker Arensberg, P.C. seeks a Paralegal to join the Business Litigation group in our Harrisburg office. The role supports shareholders and other paralegals across Family Law and General Law with drafting, filing, and client communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of paralegal experience, PACER proficiency, and strong writing skills. The firm offers competitive compensation, robust benefits, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Paralegal experience.
• Experience using PACER to search dockets and download pleadings.
• Experience with state filings and county/prothonotary websites.
• Excellent communication and strong writing/editing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Lackner and Pro Series is a plus.
• Experience with ECF for federal court filings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and file them in state and federal systems (PACER/CM/ECF).
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines daily/weekly/long-term.
• Direct client contact and relationship management.
• Interact with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Draft, review, and oversee correspondence, research, and emails.
• Coordinate hearing schedules and maintain calendars.
• Collaborate with Chief Compliance Officer on data security and policy.
