Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support our litigation efforts from case inception through trial and appeal in a fast-paced environment. You will assist attorneys, manage and organize case files, and coordinate discovery, ensuring timely production of documents.

In this role, you will provide administrative support, maintain calendars, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel, collaborating closely with attorneys and staff to advance cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years personal injury paralegal experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with legal technology and software, including document management systems and litigation support tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process.
• Familiar with Court Deadlines.
• Calendar
• Manage and organize case files, including electronic documents, and physical evidence.
• Coordinate discovery, including drafting, and responding to discovery requests, and organizing document production.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
• Other duties as assigned.
