Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Ability to manage a litigation calendar without missed deadlines.
• Strong legal drafting and document organization skills.
• High attention to detail under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, motions, discovery, subpoenas and correspondence for attorney review.
• File documents with state and federal courts and track service of process.
• Own the litigation calendar and manage deadlines with reminders.
• Organize discovery, medical records, and case documents for fast retrieval.
• Coordinate depositions, experts, and trial notebooks.
