Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions, a boutique plaintiff-side law firm in New York City, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising demand letters, complaints, and other filings; customizing and refining templates; proofreading and cite-checking; managing case documents; and identifying errors before attorney review to help produce polished drafts with minimal revisions.

Qualifications

• Litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong legal drafting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and case support.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise demand letters, complaints, and other litigation documents.
• Customize and refine legal templates to meet case-specific needs.
• Proofread and cite-check filings and correspondence.
• Manage case documents and assist with overall case progression.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before attorney review.
