Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial litigation matters.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills.
• Knowledge of discovery processes, trial preparation, and eDiscovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Manage commercial litigation files from inception through resolution
• Collect, organize, and review case records and materials
• Support all phases of discovery, including eDiscovery and document production
• Assist with trial preparation and case management
• Coordinate filings, deadlines, and litigation support activities
