Responsibilities

• Prepare drafts of pleadings, notices, and motions.
• Maintain contact with outside distributors to obtain records and coordinate inspections.
• Prepare medical records summaries and chronologies.
• Organize and prepare deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries.
• Prepare case files for expert and corporate witness depositions.
• Track and manage discovery, including document productions.
