This role requires strong English drafting, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new legal software for case management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of U.S. civil litigation experience.
• Experience supporting California personal injury cases.
• Strong understanding of civil discovery and litigation workflows.
• Proven experience drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.
• Excellent English writing and legal drafting, with advanced Word skills.
• Ability to learn new legal software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare attorney-ready discovery requests (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs).
• Draft accurate discovery responses with missing info for follow-up.
• Produce properly formatted pleadings and correspondence.
• Create reusable legal templates to improve consistency.
• Organize discovery materials and case files for quick access.
• Track discovery deadlines and flag pending items.
• Use case management and document management tools to stay organized.
• Anticipate attorney documentation needs and communicate progress.
