Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in legal studies or related field.
• Paralegal certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze documents and case work.
• Draft pleadings and other court documents.
• File court documents and e-file pleadings.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and other events.
• Prepare exhibits and witness lists for hearings and trials.
• Assist with discovery requests/responses and case management.
• Track deadlines and maintain calendars in ProLaw or Filevine.
