Job summary

Wicker Hamilton in San Francisco or Boston seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support sophisticated securities litigation, class actions and other complex disputes. You will work closely with attorneys through the full lifecycle of high-profile matters in a collaborative environment.

The role offers meaningful case responsibility, exposure to complex litigation strategy, and access to modern e-discovery platforms such as Relativity and Everlaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate alone will not satisfy educational requirement.
• 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing, proofreading, research and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with litigation documents, discovery and court filings.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or Boston office Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation, from initial case development through resolution.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Prepare, proofread, cite-check and fact-check pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Assist with federal and state court filings.
• Manage document review, discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Work with Relativity, Everlaw or comparable e-discovery platforms.
• Maintain organized case files and litigation materials.
• Assist attorneys with trial and hearing preparation.
• Support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related business-development initiatives.
• Coordinate deadlines, filings and other case-management requirements.

The anticipated base salary is $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a discretionary annual bonus.
