Confidential Employer in Philadelphia seeks a litigation paralegal with 3+ years' experience to own cases from filing to resolution. This hands-on role emphasizes in-person teamwork, precise discovery management, and proactive progression of matters.

You will draft complaints, manage filing, handle discovery, and support attorneys with depositions, exhibits, and trial prep, using Smartsheet and AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases.

• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and status updates.
• Track discovery and workflows using Smartsheet and related systems.
• Identify next steps and proactively move matters forward without prompting.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other technology tools to improve efficiency and document review.
• Support attorneys by creating systems and processes that maximize productivity.
