Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or complex civil matters.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with document management systems (iManage) and electronic filing platforms; familiar with timekeeping or billing software.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys to drive complex civil litigation through all stages of the case lifecycle.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing documents, and other case materials; leverage technology for insights.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and related documents.
• Coordinate document collection, review, production for discovery and eDiscovery.
• Prepare, file, and manage litigation documents in state and federal courts (including MDL matters).
• Support trial preparation and courtroom logistics, including exhibits and technology.
