Qualifications

• Three+ years of litigation experience required, preferably in commercial or complex civil matters.
• An associate’s degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, iManage, e-filing and timekeeping tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys to drive complex civil litigation through all case phases.
• Review and summarize medical records, billing docs, and case materials, using AI-enabled tools.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and related documents.
• Coordinate document collection, review, and production for discovery and case development.
• Conduct investigative research to support case needs.
• Prepare and manage litigation filings in state/federal courts, including MDL matters.
• Contribute to a collaborative team and support leadership on special projects.
