Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day litigation support to attorneys across active civil matters.
• Prepare, format, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinate discovery processes, including document collection, organization, and production support.
• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation tracking systems with accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case intake through resolution.
