Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support through all litigation phases.
• Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and docs.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and notices.
• Coordinate written and electronic discovery, including production.
• Assist with deposition prep and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain case chronologies, databases, exhibits, and records.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Monitor court filings and deadlines; communicate obligations.
• Perform e-filing with federal and state courts.
• Mentor junior paralegals and seek process improvements.
