Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services.
• Experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, or Medical Malpractice is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients and courts, and conduct legal research.
