The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal for our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited paralegal program and brings at least 2 years of experience assisting attorneys with pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

This is a full-time, on-site role emphasizing accuracy and client communication. Responsibilities include drafting and filing documents, managing discovery, staying compliant with deadlines, and

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury or Employment litigation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong writing and analytical capabilities; experienced in legal writing preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas for case management.
• Managing the discovery process and coordinating responses with clients.
• Filing legal documents with courts and tracking deadlines.
• Maintaining professional communication with court personnel and opposing counsel.
• Organizing and maintaining case files and evidence.
• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and case strategy.
