Job summary

Brooks Law Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys with case preparation from intake through post-claim closures. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely communication with clients and medical providers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and collaborates well with a team to deliver favorable outcomes for clients. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients, attorneys, and medical providers
• Complete new client intakes and maintain case files from start to finish
• Request, organize, and review medical records and related documents
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support materials
• Interact with insurance carriers to negotiate settlements
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, mediation, and arbitration
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in every client interaction
