Job summary

A leading company in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will manage cases from intake to resolution, assist attorneys with depositions and trials, and benefit from a family-oriented work culture. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and significant litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Litigation, preferably in Insurance defense.
• Bachelor’s degree required in a legal field.
• Experience with CLEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage files from Intake to resolution and support attorneys.
• Prepare discovery responses and coordinate witnesses.
• Assist attorneys with depositions, trials, and mediations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take files from Intake to resolution and set up attorneys for success
• Prepare discovery responses and coordinate witnesses for cases
• Attend and assist attorneys with depositions, trial, and mediations
• Conduct filed investigations as needed

Qualifications:

• 7 years’ experience in Litigation, experience in Insurance defense in a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in the legal space
• Experience working with CLEO is a plus
• Heads down hard working attitude, can do spirit
