Confidential Employer in Sacramento is seeking a paralegal with 2+ years of litigation experience to support attorneys through all stages of the case lifecycle.

The role requires a Paralegal Certificate with applicable MCLE compliance, plus strong drafting, research, and organizational skills. This on-site position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful litigation matters within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Paralegal Certificate required, with applicable MCLE compliance.
• Strong legal drafting, proofreading, research, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing litigation deadlines, filings, and case documents.
• Familiarity with PACER, CM/ECF, Everlaw, or e-discovery software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Prepare, draft, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from initial case preparation through hearings and trial.
• Coordinate state and federal court filings, including PACER and CM/ECF.

• Assist with legal research, discovery, document review, and e-discovery.
• Coordinate depositions, service of process, hearing preparation, and witness materials.
