Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support a busy PI practice in Raleigh. The role requires handling large-volume cases from intake through resolution, with strong organization, attention to detail, and client service.

The ideal candidate will manage files, draft pleadings and discovery, review medical records, and coordinate with clients, providers, and insurers. This is a full-time, on-site position from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical records and personal injury litigation process.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills.

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal - 2+ Years' Experience

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with at least 2 years experience handling large volume PI cases from intake through resolution. Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a busy caseload while providing compassionate client service. Candidate should also be able to work in a team-driven environment on various tasks across multiple practice areas as needed.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing case files from initial intake through litigation and settlement.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands; summarizing medical records and bills.
• Communicating with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and lien holders; scheduling hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Requesting medical documentation (records, bills, reports, etc.), liens, and other case specific documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, terminology, and the personal injury litigation process.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• This position is NOT a remote position or hybrid role, and candidates are expected to report and work out of the Raleigh office location during normal business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Pay is commensurate with experience.
