Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal located in Phoenix, AZ. The Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal will assist attorneys in case preparation, legal research, drafting and organizing legal documents, reviewing evidentiary materials, and supporting courtroom proceedings. Responsibilities will include managing deadlines, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing comprehensive documentation for court filings and legal correspondence. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential to ensure the success of the legal team and the clients we represent.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including creating, organizing, and managing essential legal records.
• Skilled in Document Review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Experience conducting in-depth Legal Research to support case development and strategy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures and personal injury law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous litigation paralegal experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of MDL experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Personal Injury/Litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Hours: Full-time, on-site position. Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week); overtime as required.
