Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of plaintiffs-side litigation paralegal experience, strong document management, and the ability to prepare pleadings, respond to interrogatories, locate witnesses, and manage trial exhibits while maintaining strict confidentiality.

• Strong document management and summarization of legal materials.
